SKILLS/INTERESTS Received intensive training for answering hotline calls, typing (average of 61 words per minute), computer knowledgeable (Word, Lotus, Internet, etc.), customer service oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to handle large sums of money/calculate large amounts in numbers. Skilled in a variety of areas from sales to conflict resolution and mediation, including counseling skills. Published poet and participant in a monthly writers group, which is edging toward publishing a book of collected works. Also, currently working on publishing a book independently.
